Who I Am

I’m Alexa Eggers - an executive coach, consultant, and speaker. I help ambitious professionals navigate growth, transitions, and complexity with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I believe real leadership begins with self-awareness. My approach blends strategy with empathy - uniting business insight with emotional intelligence so my clients lead more powerfully and thrive more authentically.

My Experience

Before launching my coaching and consulting practice, I worked in product and brand management at CHANEL, shaping market strategies and driving innovation in the German market. I've since supported professionals across industries, drawing from my experience in corporate environments, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

Having lived, worked, and studied in Germany, Spain, Denmark, and the UK, I bring a global perspective and deep cultural awareness to every client relationship.
